1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items like puja samagri, personal care, customized or perishable items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@prayermart.com or call +91 8800640789 with your order ID and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect or wrong item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you can return the product after delivery if eligible.
